GD in John Galliano and Taeyang in Bottega Veneta- Spring 2012

In their Vogue Korea editorial, G Dragon went plain white in Galliano and Taeyang decked out in turquoise Bottega Veneta. Both looks are great: the Galliano is dressed up from the edgy runway styling but the Bottega Veneta intone down from clean styling on the runway.

I don’t have much to say about GD because well, it’s a blazer… it’s sleek and well tailored… I mean what else is there to say. He looks great in it but only part of it is shown so the whole look is a mystery.

Taeyang on the other hand, I LOVE. One of my favorite mens collection of Spring 2012, Tomas Maier killed it with this sultry collection. It’s goes from dark to light but the cohesion is clearly seen. I am just waiting to see any of the Big Bang members wear the red and green tie-dye pants/denim from the collection; those two pants are so fitting for the direction of Big Bang’s style right now. So YG stylist, please hear my calling.

Well, back to Taeyang, like I said I love this look. Base on the runway look, I would only TOP wearing this but the stylist put it together in a way that is perfect for Taeyang: a little street here and there and the pop of red and yellow… PERFECT!!! This is VOGUE quality right here and GD and Taeyang carried it out flawlessly.
